Footballs for Families

Retail outlets around the Triangle are selling paper footballs until December 16 to help support local families fighting cancer.

Thanksgiving Dinner Giveaway

The Holt Foundation provided Thanksgiving dinners to 40 families in need around the Triangle at the YMCA in Wake Forest, N.C.

Salvation Army Call to the Community

Torry and Terrence Holt supports the Salvation Army Call to the Community during the holiday Kettle Kick Off.

YMCA We Build People Campaign

Torry and Terrence Holt supports the Triangle YMCA We Build People program, which raises funds for families who otherwise could not afford to participate in the YMCA programs and services.

Eastern Guilford High School

The Foundation has and will continue to support the home school of both Terrence and Torry, by providing sporting equipment and donations, which have also been matched by the NFL.

Gibsonville Parks and Recreation Department

The Holt Foundation supports the Parks & Recreation Programs of Gibsonville, their hometown, with a goal of helping to build a Community Center. The Holt Brothers hosts an Annual Football Camp for the youth of the city.

Mackintosh Lake Charity Home

The Holt Foundation partnered with Perry Builders to build a charity home in Gibsonville's Mackintosh Lake community and with the proceeds from the sale of the home, the Holt Foundation was able to generously give to their various programs.

NC State Scholarship Endowment

Torry Holt and Terrence Holt, established the Holt Foundation Football Scholarship. This $100,000 scholarship endowment at the Wolfpack Club (NC State Student Aid Association) has been invested with other scholarship endowments, and 5% of the value is used annually toward the scholarship expenses of a current Wolfpack football student-athlete.

Since their time as student-athletes wearing the red and white, Torry and Terrence have been royal ambassadors for NC State, not just through their financial support, but through their time and energy helping and promoting their alma mater.

Second Round Boxing

The Holt Brothers donates approximately $5000.00 in Reebok sports gear to the Second Round Boxing Program.

The Second Round Boxing Program is a Positive Youth Development Program [PYD] which promotes resiliency protective factors in youth while attempting to reduce exposure to risk factors.

The program uses boxing, weight training and other forms of exercise to teach youth teamwork, self-discipline, time management, leadership, healthy living and other pro-socialization elements. Youth are required to engage in education and/or employment to remain in the program.
